Partner Purchase Program Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to partner with LG to offer special pricing on LG Mobile products through the Partner Purchase Program (PPP). This program is offered to you as an incentive to use LG products and pass your experience onto others.
We ask that you adhere to the following:
Eligibility: You must currently be an eligible employee of T-Mobile, Metro PCS, or Authorized Dealer. A valid company issued email address or phone number is required. The EPP discount, membership and/or participation in the EPP are non-transferable. Other than to the extent that you may Sponsor purchases in accordance with these terms, this is not a transferable benefit. You may not use or attempt to use another employee’s EPP privileges.
Program Offer: Eligible Employees are offered a Personal Discount and from time to time a Friends and Family Discount. Personal Discount: You may purchase up to one (1) device per year from the Employee Purchase Catalog. Friends and Family Discount: You may “Sponsor” up to three (3) devices from the Friends and Family catalog per calendar year (January 1 – December 31). To "Sponsor" means placing an order for a family member or friend. You must place the order, although you may have your Friend or Family member pay for the item. Your access to the Program is not transferable.
Special Pricing and Purchase Limits: The privilege to purchase LG Mobile devices at a special price is for the approved users only. Your access is not transferable. Friends and family are not directly included in this offer.
Purchases limits do apply as described in the Program Offer.
Purchases are not eligible for consumer rebates or promotions.
Product Availability: Products are offered WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Products may be added or deleted at any time. All Partner Purchase Orders are subject to an approval process that can take up to 5 business days. Approximate order turnaround can be up to one to two weeks.
Exchanges/Returns: All Partner Purchase Program sales are FINAL. Please order carefully as we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
Warranty: All Products are new and are accompanied by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. You will have the benefit of any manufacturer's warranty provided by the manufacturer to you in connection with your purchased Products and should refer to the relevant documentation supplied with the Product in this regard.
Payment Information: Purchases must be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not accept any other form of payment.
Shipping Information: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders will be shipped to the address provided in the Ship To section of the order form. Any errors in the Ship To field requiring will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Orders cannot be rerouted to a new address after the order is placed. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days but may ship up to 5 business days after the order is placed while being reviewed for eligibility (see Product Availability). Orders ship only after being validated for eligibility. Unless requested otherwise, orders will be shipped via regular ground transportation at the user’s expense. Shipping method represents the carrier method to be used, not actual delivery time (Please check FedEx and UPS definitions of Overnight and 2 day shipping). When selecting Overnight or 2 day delivery please select the method carefully. Overnight and 2 day shipping Orders placed Thursday – Sunday will likely take additional time for delivery as Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit days. Expedited shipping does not constitute expedited processing.
Program: Pricing and discounts are subject to change without notice. The Partner Purchase Program reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions governing this program at any time at our discretion. The Partner Purchase Program is operated by Hurley Marketing Group, Inc.
Personal Use: Under this Program, Products are sold and ship to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.
Communication: Partner Purchase Program will communicate with members via email from time to time. Keep your email address current. Accounts with e-mails returned as undeliverable will be closed.
Order Status/Confirmation: Members will receive an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail from orders@PartnerPurchaseProgram.com and can check order status any time by contacting us at support@PartnerPurchaseProgram.com.
Account Suspension/Termination: The Partner Purchase Program has the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer employed by T-Mobile or Metro PCS. Partner Purchase Program has the right to periodically contact a member to verify employment.
By submitting your order, you certify that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Employee Purchase Program and confirm that you are an eligible person to participate in this Program as described above.
